You may experience one of these problems:

Your phone can not pair you with another Bluetooth device.

A Bluetooth service is not available when you pair with a Bluetooth device.

Your phone’s Bluetooth service does not turn on.

Connecting to a new Bluetooth device can solve some connection problems. Follow these steps to pair your phone with another Bluetooth device:

  • Turn on Bluetooth.
  • Go to Settings and touch to enable Bluetooth.
  • Place the Bluetooth device to which you want to connect in the detection/pairing mode.
